• You can also close your own account or request self-exclusion at any time — just contact support.
• In cases of confirmed fraud, balances will not be refunded and legal action may be taken.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100.
